SEX, SEXUALITY, & SEXUAL HEALTH EDUCATION SERVICES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• In-person or virtual workshops, classes, or trainings in your space (work place, classroom, community group, etc.): Topics & prices vary (please reference my about page for examples of past topics). Contact me for more information if interested!

• 1:1 sessions to discuss sex, sexuality & sexual health topics you’d like to learn more about, explore or evaluate. Topics are custom to your wants & needs, but can include:

  • puberty & navigating. your growing body (great for parents & their kids!)

  • reproductive health 101 (periods, fertility, hormones + their functions, contraception, abortion, autonomy + consent, etc.)

  • sexual health 101 (STIs/STDs. pleasure, masturbation, how to use pleasure products, autonomy + consent, etc.)

  • healthy relationships /communicating wants & needs to partner(s)

  • body image & HAES

  • resources & referrals to support groups, hotlines & services, relevant websites, books, blogs, podcast recommendations, and more. 

• Custom 4-6 Week Session Package where we cover any of the topics above. An example:

  • Week 1: sexuality education framework, values & gender and sexual identity

  • Week 2: anatomy & puberty

  • Week 3: protection methods, STIs & pregnancy options

  • Week 4: sexual decision making | communication & consent
