the postpartum period is of equal importance to the pregnancy and birth experience. my postpartum support provides birth experience processing, errands, sibling adjustment, and more during the 0-3 months postpartum.

Cost: Sliding scale pricing available

• Daytime Care: $27-37/hour, 4 hour shifts

• Overnight Care: $32-40/hour, 8 hour shifts

• Payment Plans Available.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT PACKAGE

As your postpartum support, my job is to help you adjust into life with a new baby. Whether you have no experience with newborns or you have multiple older children, I will help to create a seamless transition for all! Postpartum doulas are especially helpful for parents who do not have family or friends close by and need an extra set of hands for the many, many tasks that come with life with a new baby.

• Household tasks & organization, including: laundry, light cleaning, and more.

• Preparing meals and snacks

• Planning and organizing support and visits from family, friends & professionals
