comprehensive and continuous physical, emotional, educational, (and spiritual if requested) support is available throughout pregnancy, labor and birth, no matter the experience or outcome.

Cost: Sliding Scale - $300-1200

• 50% retainer due at booking

• Add on an extra prenatal or postpartum visit for $50 more

PREGNANCY & BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Free Meet & Greet: A 1-hour virtual meeting to get to know each other, answer questions & see if I’m a good match for your + your desired services!

PRENATAL SUPPORT

• 2 in-person prenatal visits

• Continuous, unlimited text, phone, & email support from the day you sign the contract until 8 weeks postpartum

• Comprehensive, tailored support + resources throughout your pregnancy journey to help prepare for birth, postpartum, and parenthood.

Prenatal support is custom to your wants + needs, but can include:

• Pregnancy + Birth Education: Birth physiology, location options for birth, what to expect during pregnancy, stages of labor, pain management options, newborn care, fetal positioning, postpartum prep, and more. 

• Birth & Advocacy Vision (commonly referred to as a “birth plan”): This is a comprehensive birth vision tailored to your wants, needs and birth location. For this, we’ll discuss communication techniques for you and your partner or other labor-support persons, how to advocate against an unwanted intervention, and more.

• Coping Mechanisms & Pain Management: Physical, mental, emotional (and spiritual if requested!) support and preparation.

• Resources: Packet of evidence-based research; local resources & referrals relevant websites, books, blogs, podcast recommendations, and more. 

BIRTH SUPPORT

• 24-hour, unlimited call/text/email support, which continues from the day you sign the contract until 8 weeks postpartum.

• In-Person support once in active labor until birth.

• Beginning with early labor, phone & text support is provided to remind, normalize, encourage, & navigate the ebbs and flows of early labor.

• In-person support is provided when active labor begins. Basic lactation support will be provided to encourage first latch.

POSTPARTUM VISITS

• 2 in-home visits up to 8 weeks after birth

• These visits are spent processing the birth + postpartum experience, checking in on your health + happiness, navigating family + friend visits, and more!

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• Birth Photography, when requested

• The Birth Partner's Quick Reference Guide and Planner

• Lending Library of over 30 books for pregnancy, birth and postpartum

• Referral list of the trusted professionals in your area
